Originally a resident of Glasgow, Scotland I spent a year living in Vancouver, B.C. before moving to Seattle. I've now lived here for just over two years. While growing up I always wanted to live in "the big country" that was America but it wasn't until I met my husband that it became a reality. That reality was not easy to come by though, we waited almost six years to get married and then it was another two before the Green Card process could begin.

But good things come to those who wait and I was finally able to move here and start the rest of my life and so far it has been pretty much everything I hoped it would be. Sure there have been challenges but what's life without a few speed bumps along the way?
